Katherine + Nick | Werribee Mansion Wedding

Katherine and Nick’s Werribee Mansion Wedding on the tenth of November, with a ceremony at St. John the Forerunner Greek Orthodox Church and a reception at the beautiful grounds of the Mansion. We were thrilled to be their wedding photographers for their amazing November wedding.

What a day bathed in sunlight as Katherine prepared, her stunning One Day Bridal gown hanging in the back ground. She was exquisite, and when that was paired with the gorgeous bouquet of blooms in rich spring colours by Fleur McHarg, it was no wonder Nick looked the way he did when he saw her for the first time on their wedding day. The sheer unfettered joy on his face when he saw his bride walking down the aisle was priceless.

Both Katherine and Nick are sweethearts and spent the day in a sort of joyful bliss, along with their gorgeous wedding party. Though, for Nick, that seemed to set in a little more once the ceremony was over—he had the most open look of relief (screams of joy)on his face when they finally exited the church and they were husband and wife at last!

Upon exiting the church, you could see the happy smiles all around. And then, it was nonstop fun and laughter—at least until we had to stop for a small break and drink before we got right back into it. And the whole time, Eddie Rinaldo did an amazing job providing the entertainment for the day.

Weddings at the Mansion Hotel and Spa at Werribee Park are simply amazing. Wedding photography around their stunning Melbourne property was truly a treat. With acres of manicured gardens around a magnificent mansion from the 1870’s there was no lack of spectacular backdrops for wedding portraits. Of course, with a bride and groom as happy as these two, it makes our job easy.

Nick & Katherine, thank you for the opportunity to photography this momentous occasion and for including us in your joy and happiness. We wish you many more years together, many making each other smile even more
