It is no secret that I love Greek weddings. maybe because i have a greek background myself and i feel so at ease around the families, but what I especially love about them is the raw emotion of the people attending, from family to friends and extended families whether its laughing, crying or tears of joy this is what i love about greek weddings. From the moment i am greeted at the front door with a “Yiasou” would you like a coffee? or in the case of Angela’s Dad a whiskey. If i say yes i feel a little unprofessional, if i say no i feel i may offend. So i have a coffee and we begin our day.
This was a great wedding made better by the fantastic people attending and a couple that were sweet and funny and fantastic to be around. Angela’s dress by the talented Cappelazzo Couture looks amazing The bridal party were so much fun, especially friendly and super generous. This was such a beautiful close group of friends they were more like a little family.
Angela and Chris held their ceremony at St Katherines in Malvern East and the wedding reception at the beautiful Peninsula Atalntic Group in Docklands. It was a pleasure and an honour to capture the love between you and the connection you have with your friends and family. Being around you made me feel so at ease at my workplace and i was truly honoured to play a small part. I can’t wait to catch up with you both again soon.
